Devanta Tech Private Limited (“Devanta Tech”, “we”, “us”) operates the website devanta.tech. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

  • Contact and enquiry details. When you use the contact form, request a quotation or demo, or email us, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the referring site. IP addresses are truncated by Google Analytics before storage.
  • Cookies. The site sets cookies needed for it to work, analytics cookies set by Google, and cookies set by our caching and security tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange demonstrations.
  • To send you information about our products and services when you have asked for it. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions: our web host (Hostinger), Google (analytics), our email provider and, where relevant, courier and payment partners for orders. Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a commercial relationship or a legal obligation requires it. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
